PHF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,139 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AAR2, RALY, and RBM12. Each is linked with PHF20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF20-to-partner and partner-to-PHF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF20 versus AAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
