PHF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRA, RPS3AP23, and DRG1. Each is linked with PHF20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF20-to-partner and partner-to-PHF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIRA grouped by PHF20-low versus PHF20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
