Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,249 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion, Regulation of cell division, and Metaphase chromosome alignment. Each is linked with PHF20 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF20-to-partner and partner-to-PHF20 results are reported.
