Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, C-Raf, and eEF2. Each is linked with PHF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF19-to-partner and partner-to-PHF19 results are reported.
