Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,407 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, Spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, and Mitotic spindle checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with PHF19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF19-to-partner and partner-to-PHF19 results are reported.
