PHF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, SPN, and C7orf50. Each is linked with PHF14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF14-to-partner and partner-to-PHF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF14 versus NUDCD3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
