Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF20, ZNF74, and MBTD1. Each is linked with PHF14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF14-to-partner and partner-to-PHF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF14 versus TCF20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
