Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAZP1, GOT1, and OR10A7. Each is linked with PHF14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF14-to-partner and partner-to-PHF14 results are reported.
