Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, EGFR_pY1068, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PHF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF14-to-partner and partner-to-PHF14 results are reported.
