Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,694 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with PHF14 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF14-to-partner and partner-to-PHF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by PHF14-low versus PHF14-high in STOMACH.
