PHF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, LZIC, and RCC2. Each is linked with PHF13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF13-to-partner and partner-to-PHF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF13 versus LRRC47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
