PHF13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SQOR, ZNF300, and GPLD1. Each is linked with PHF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF13-to-partner and partner-to-PHF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF13 versus SQOR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
