PHF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,536 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with PHF13 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF13-to-partner and partner-to-PHF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis grouped by PHF13-low versus PHF13-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
