PHF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, STAG2, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with PHF12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF12-to-partner and partner-to-PHF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF12 versus SF3B3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
