Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF397, ZSCAN16, and SPAG5. Each is linked with PHF12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF12-to-partner and partner-to-PHF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF12 versus ZNF397 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
