Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, ZNF831, and GSC2. Each is linked with PHF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF12-to-partner and partner-to-PHF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 grouped by PHF12-low versus PHF12-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
