PHF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,321 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF11_S17, TRIM21, and DDX58. Each is linked with PHF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF11-to-partner and partner-to-PHF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF11 versus PHF11_S17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
