Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL3, PIK3CG, and AKNA. Each is linked with PHF11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF11-to-partner and partner-to-PHF11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF11 versus APOL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
