PHF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P43, TEMN3-AS1, and RN7SKP178. Each is linked with PHF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF11-to-partner and partner-to-PHF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P43 grouped by PHF11-low versus PHF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
