PHF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,241 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, TRIM21, and ARID1B. Each is linked with PHF10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF10-to-partner and partner-to-PHF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF10 versus SCAF8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
