Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC2, RFC5, and TIMELESS. Each is linked with PHF10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF10-to-partner and partner-to-PHF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF10 versus HDAC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
