PHF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB2, NPLP1, and MTCO3P39. Each is linked with PHF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF10-to-partner and partner-to-PHF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CGB2 grouped by PHF10-low versus PHF10-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
