Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,783 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with PHF10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF10-to-partner and partner-to-PHF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chromosome organization grouped by PHF10-low versus PHF10-high in BONE.
