PHF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, INPP5K, and CCDC54. Each is linked with PHF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF10-to-partner and partner-to-PHF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G3 grouped by PHF10-low versus PHF10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
