PHF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,308 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF5, CLPX, and VEZF1. Each is linked with PHF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF1 versus RNF5 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
