PHF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,850 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF540, CBX7, and SIGLEC6. Each is linked with PHF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF1 versus ZNF540 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
