Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, C-Raf, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PHF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF1 results are reported.
