Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, MCHR2, and OXA1L. Each is linked with PHF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by PHF1-low versus PHF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
