PHETA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHETA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,245 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHETA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGKC, ATP11C, and HIP1R. Each is linked with PHETA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHETA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHETA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHETA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHETA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
