PHC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCYT1A, MYEF2, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with PHC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC3-to-partner and partner-to-PHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC3 versus PCYT1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
