PHC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, PPBPP1, and H2AC14. Each is linked with PHC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC3-to-partner and partner-to-PHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by PHC3-low versus PHC3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
