Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and CAMP/PKA signal transduction. Each is linked with PHC3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC3-to-partner and partner-to-PHC3 results are reported.
