Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHC2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PHC2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PHC2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PHC2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
