Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,065 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, WHAMM, and SNORD111B. Each is linked with PHC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC2-to-partner and partner-to-PHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by PHC2-low versus PHC2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
