Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with PHC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC2-to-partner and partner-to-PHC2 results are reported.
