PHC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UFSP2, MRPL18, and PCCB. Each is linked with PHC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC2-to-partner and partner-to-PHC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UFSP2 grouped by PHC2-low versus PHC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
