PHC1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,254 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMOX2, MAN2A1, and DENND2D. Each is linked with PHC1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC1P1 versus HMOX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
