PHC1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMS3, FTHL17, and GK2. Each is linked with PHC1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIMS3 grouped by PHC1P1-low versus PHC1P1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
