Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PHC1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PHC1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PHC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
