PHC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,005 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP6, PRPF4B, and DROSHA. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC1 versus SENP6 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
