PHC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, PHC1_S664, and POGZ. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC1 versus RCOR3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
