Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,388 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX1, MTA1, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC1 versus CBX1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
