Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,326 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.
