PHC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUPR2, SEMG2, and DCD. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUPR2 grouped by PHC1-low versus PHC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
