Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMG1, GIMAP4, and FLI1. Each is linked with PHB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PHB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
