PHB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,528 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PHB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PHB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
