PHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, CHERP, and NGDN_S143. Each is linked with PHB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHB-to-partner and partner-to-PHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHB versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
