PHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC25, ZNHIT3, and TAF9. Each is linked with PHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHB-to-partner and partner-to-PHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 grouped by PHB-low versus PHB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
