PHAX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,806 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHAX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA4, YTHDC2, and KDM3B. Each is linked with PHAX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHAX-to-partner and partner-to-PHAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHAX versus HSPA4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
