Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP408. Each is linked with PHAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHAX-to-partner and partner-to-PHAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by PHAX-low versus PHAX-high in UCEC.
